Shipping Policy

At ALEENA.HOME, we deliver exclusively across the United Arab Emirates. This Shipping Policy outlines our domestic delivery options, handling times, fees, and tracking procedures for orders within the UAE.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all addresses across the 7 Emirates:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) Saturday through Thursday begin processing on the same business day.

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Operating Days: We process and dispatch orders Saturday through Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays, Sundays, or official UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for deliveries within the UAE up to a maximum order value of AED 2,000.

  • A non-refundable COD processing fee of AED 15 applies to all cash-on-delivery orders.

  • Please ensure you have the exact cash amount available upon courier delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your package is collected by our courier partner, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number and live status link.

Address Requirements & Failed Delivery

  • Delivery Information: Please ensure you provide complete address details at checkout, including Villa/Apartment number, Street Name, Area, and Emirate.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the recipient cannot be reached or fails to accept delivery, the order will return to our warehouse, and additional re-shipping charges will apply.
